BTS courses are limited to 10 students per course due the 1 to 10 instructor ratio, this ratio has been tested and proven over the years that the quality and retention of your learning experience will only increase. Our instructors spend personal time with the students from answering questions to configuring their test equipment. We always encourage technicians to bring their own gear to the class as a benefit for them and others, there has been times when options weren't set and the test was not in full operation for their specific testing applications, BTS is happy to help any way we can, with the experience have gained over the years and thousands of students. BTS, recognizes the need for quality Hands-On training to keep up with new and existing technologies. BTS Instructors have been in the field for over 15 - 25 years having "Real-World Experience" in these areas and still do a large amount of contract work for ROBOCS, CLECS and Independent Telephone Companies Installing, Troubleshooting and providing solutions to their complex issues they weren't able to workout in-house.

Our Training courses are 75% Hands-On (we are non-vendor specific, providing an overall scope of the technology not a product sales scope) and we bring the Equipment!
